South Cranberry Lake Property Owners Association Dues

South Cranberry Lake Homeowners Association dues are used for the improvement, upkeep and maintenance of Association properties (like the clubhouse, the beach, the park, and the lake access areas) and for other Association obligations and functions as described in the by-laws.

Dues are $35 / year, are due on May 1 of the current year and run through April 30 of the following year.
